Join Umesh Bhatia for this engaging workshop that demonstrates the most natural and effective techniques of meditation. Umesh gives suggestions for deepening and stabilizing our meditation practices. Achieve a lasting state of peace and happiness found though no other experience.  Participants will be seated for both sessions and have the opportunity to practice the techniques during the sessions.
