Get inspired by Joan Davis to increase your longevity by learning practical, achievable steps you can take towards healthier eating. This session has it all: cooking lesson, kitchen revamp, recipe review, and taste sampling. Davis includes specific examples from each of the Blue Zones and highlights both traditional foods and commercially available products to incorporate into daily nutrition.
