Program Description

Event Details

The Instant Pot and other electric pressure cookers can transform tough cuts of meat, hearty whole grains, and dry legumes into succulent, healthy meals in a fraction of the time that it would take to cook these same foods on the stove. But this is only the beginning of what the Instant Pot can do for you. While not quite instant, this versatile appliance can simplify your life and help you cook on your schedule. In a culinary demonstration, cookbook author Emily Paster teaches you how to use an Instant Pot, explains all the different functions this appliance can perform, and shows you how to get the most out of your machine. Suitable for Instant Pot experts and novices alike. Samples will be served.
