Come immerse yourself in the healing sounds of vibration with Jenny Bergold. Experience the balancing effects on your nervous system while Jenny plays the gong along with the beautiful sounds of crystal and Tibetian bowls. Bring a blanket and/or a yoga mat. There are two sessions of this program. Both are identical; please only register for one.
