"My mission is to foster the ultimate creative and imaginative play experience while children learn a variety of skills that encourage participation and independence within their daily living skills, school skills, and social-emotional skills. Play opportunities (especially outdoor and free play) continue to decline. There is growing evidence it is impacting children in a variety of ways throughout their day.
In my history as an occupational therapist I have been drawn to groups as I have seen several benefits that is why I am offering weekly camp groups for three different areas of development (handwriting, social-emotional regulation, and executive functioning skills in relation to school readiness). When pairing children in groups they receive a social interaction component, learning to work as a team, and teaching each other new skills."
