The Silver Linings Series is a collection of programs designed for seniors and featuring a variety of activities each month, some of which may repeat. This series aims to promote physical and mental well-being while encouraging social interaction. Join us for a chance to learn, stay active, and have fun together!
In July, DuShaun Branch leads us in a session of chair yoga. This gentle combination of stretching and meditation is suitable for all body types and abilities.
