Using a chair for stability, practice posture and balance with instructor Elain Gotfryd-Noonan to increase your strength, flexibility, and alignment. Then have a blast on the "dance floor" while increasing coordination. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
